Terms and Conditions for bookings
Please be aware, prices may vary depending on individual requirements.
Excessive matting may also incur an additional cost.
For cancellation with 48 hours notice, there is no charge.
If the cancellation is within 48 hours of the appointment, the fee will be:
1st appointment: 50% of the groom per dog if the appointment cannot be filled
2nd appointment: the full cost of the groom if the appointment cannot be filled
3rd appointment: the groom will need to be pre-paid
